Roadway and Drainage Improvements along Greentree Road (CR674) From Marlton Pike (NJRT 70) to Burlington County Line, Cherry Hill Township, Camden County, NJ

Project Overview:
The project has been awarded to Charles Marandino, LLC in the amount of $3,107,848.14. The Notice to Proceed was issued with a start date of Monday, October 17, 2022. The estimated construction duration is Three-Hundred Five (305) Calendar Days for Substantial Completion and Three-Hundred Sixty-Five (365) Calendar Days for Final Completion. However, due to numerous utility conflicts and constructability issues, the project was put on hold until those issues were resolved. A revised Notice To proceed was issued with a start date of Monday, May 22, 2023. The date of Substantial Completion is therefore Friday, March 22, 2024, and the date of completion of ALL WORK is Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
