Mobile Clinic Dates & Locations:
- Last patient will be taken ½ hour prior to the clinic end time.
- No appointment necessary.
- Vaccines provided will be DTap, Polio, MMR, Tdap and Meningococcal.
- Vaccines are available for those who are 18 and under, uninsured or on certain NJ Family Care plans.

- Parent or Guardian must be present with child for vaccination.
