Adult Health Services

Join us for free monthly health screenings conducted by a Department of Health and Human Services nurse at four different locations. Take advantage of the opportunity to have your blood pressure, total cholesterol, and fasting blood sugar checked. Feel free to discuss any health-related questions with the nurse.

Diabetes Screening** (Fast for 12 hours. Begin with a hearty meal before fasting. Abstain from consuming anything except water or medication until after the test.)

Cancer Screening Services: The New Jersey Cancer Education and Early Detection (NJCEED) Program offers comprehensive outreach, education, and screening services for breast, cervical, colorectal, and prostate cancers for income-eligible uninsured or underinsured individuals. Diabetes Services: We provide diabetes screenings, follow-up, and referrals for those at risk, along with support groups and meal planning offered by health systems in Camden County. Screenings are scheduled throughout the county; call (856) 374-5127 for more information.

Cardiovascular Disease Control: Detection and referral services are available through blood pressure and cholesterol screenings, along with follow-up and education. Screenings are scheduled throughout the county; call (856) 374-5127 for more information.
