(Lindenwold, NJ) –

PSE&G will be working on Market Street in Camden on Monday, May 13, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will be a double lane closure between Broadway and North 4th Street.

PSE&G will be working on Broadway in Camden from Monday, May 13 to Wednesday, May 15 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be a lane shift on Benson Street between Broadway and South 6th Street.

 PSE&G will be working on Kaighn Avenue in Camden on Tuesday, May 14 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Park and Baird boulevards.

Crews will be working on Lafayette Avenue in Voorhees from Monday, May 13 to Friday, May 17 between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Haddon Avenue and Route 73.

 NJ American Water will be replacing a water service on Copley Road in Barrington on Tuesday, May 14 between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. There will be a full road closure between Warwick Road and Mercer Drive.

Crews will be milling and paving on Browning Road in Collingswood on Tuesday, May 14 and Wednesday, May 15 between 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be a full road closure between South Park Drive and Highland Avenue.

 

 

 

“Motorists should plan ahead to take alternate routes and give themselves plenty of time to get to their destinations,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works. “Also, remember that when you’re traveling through a construction area, please slow down and stay alert for crew members and debris.”

 

The Camden County Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining over 1,200 miles of county roadway and 50 bridges.  They are dedicated to making our area safer for motorists and pedestrians through county highway construction projects and road maintenance, including pothole repairs, street sweeping, grass cutting and storm drainage upkeep. The Public Works Department is located in Lindenwold where personnel are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve the residents of Camden County.
