The Camden County Board of Freeholders and military partners are hosting a 7-day photographic war memorial exhibit to thank and honor all of our veterans from The War on Terror and their families for their service and sacrifice. The exhibit will be open 24/7 to view from Wednesday, September 9th – Tuesday, September 15th on Veterans Island at Cooper River Park. Masks must be worn and social distancing will be enforced.
9/11 Heroes Run Travis Manion foundation
The Pennsauken 9/11 Heroes Run looks very different this year, but our mission is unchanged. To participate virtually simply means you will run, walk, or ruck whenever and wherever you choose. The Virtual Pennsauken #911HeroesRun is not a competitive event. No uploading of stats is required and no medals will be given. While we may not be able to run, walk and ruck side by side this year, we will still honor the fallen together. Register at 911heroesrun.org/pennsauken
