May Brill is a 99-year-old WWII Navy Veteran who has spent most of her life giving back and sharing the importance of women veterans. In 2019 she co-founded with other female veterans “women veterans are not invisible” where she produced military hats designed specifically for women and encourages them to wear the hats and to take great pride in their service. As the chairman of New Jersey’s Women in the Military, she works diligently to address the problems women have been facing in the military for decades. Brill is an activist for Veteran’s rights.
