(Camden, NJ) – The Camden County Police Department is looking for information about a vehicle that was involved in an accident Tuesday afternoon that killed a motorcyclist in South Camden.
The crash occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. at the corner of Mount Ephraim and Sayres avenues. A gold Nissan Maxima struck a motorcycle. The male driver of the bike was transported to Cooper Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. The champagne-colored, Nissan Maxima promptly fled from the scene of the collision after impact. The suspect vehicle has extensive damage and is known to be missing its rear bumper and has a damaged rear windshield. Photos of a similar car accompany this release.
