Cinthia Miranda was born in Camden, New Jersey, and is the daughter of Melquiades and Luz Miranda, who immigrated to Camden from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, in 1988 to Camden City. Growing up in Camden, Cinthia was instilled with the values of humility and compassion through her parents.
 

Their example has profoundly shaped her character and motivated her to serve her community. Currently, Cinthia works at the Fifth Legislative District office as the Director of Constituent Services. In this role, she addresses the needs of constituents within and outside her of her community, driven by a strong desire to help those around her.
 
Cinthia’s commitment to public service echoes the teachings of compassion she learned while growing up in the church, where she was encouraged to emulate the love of God and serve others selflessly.
 
Outside of her professional life, Cinthia is a devoted wife to Tony Beasley and a proud mother to her two sons, Elijah and Jacob Beasley. To Cinthia, family is paramount; she aspires to be a role model for her children, inspiring them to embrace their heritage and uphold the values of kindness and social responsibility that she cherishes. Looking to the future, Cinthia’s goals remain centered on community improvement. She aims to ensure that children are treated with love and respect and that seniors are cared for and remembered in society. Cinthia is also passionate about raising awareness of disabilities and advocating for individuals who face invisible challenges, believing that a compassionate society supports all its members.
