Camden County to Host Virtual Meeting for Mt. Ephraim Avenue Road Project

(Camden, NJ) – On Wednesday, June 14, at 6 p.m., Camden County will host a virtual public information meeting about the Mt. Ephraim Avenue roadway safety improvement project. 

“The purpose of this meeting is to ensure that residents, business owners and stakeholders are on the same page about the project,” said Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Department of Public Works. “Improving the quality of life here in Camden County is our top priority and roadway improvement projects such as this are one way to achieve that.”

The county is currently in the preliminary engineering phase for a roadway improvement project on Mt. Ephraim Avenue to Ferry Avenue and Pine Street in Camden. The goal of this project is to upgrade Mt. Ephraim Avenue to make it a complete street and safely accommodate pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users and motorists.
