(Gloucester Township, NJ) – The New Jersey Department of Health’s scheduled vaccine clinic at Staley Park in Camden City tomorrow, July 3, has been cancelled due to forecasted inclement weather. The Department’s Rapid Mobile Response Team will resume offering vaccinations in the city on Tuesday, July 6, at the same location.

“Unforuantely, the forecast does not show weather conducive to an outdoor, pop-up vaccination clinic,” said County Commissioner Al Dyer. “However, NJDOH will be back in the community next week to help get everyone protected against COVID-19 and its variants. If you haven’t gotten your shot yet, now is the time. It’s safe, it’s free, and the entire process only takes 15 minutes.”

Vaccines will be available on the following dates:

Date: Tuesday, July 6

Location: Staley Park

Address: Chelton Ave and South 7th Street

Time: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Date: Thursday, July 8 / Saturday, July 10

Location: Whitman Square

Address: Rose Street and Everett Street

Time: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Department’s Rapid Mobile Response Team will have all three COVID-19 vaccines available. Children ages 12 and above will receive the Pfizer vaccine.
