(Gloucester Township, NJ) – The Camden County Fair, presented by the Freeholder Board, is being held on Sept. 22 and 23 at the Camden County Fairgrounds located at 508 Lakeland Road in Gloucester Township. This annual event is a place for the community to come together for a variety of family fun rides, vendors, and exhibits in a carnival like atmosphere.
“Come to the fair and bring your family and friends for amusement rides, games, great food and much more,” said Freeholder Jeff Nash, liaison to the Camden County Parks Department. “If you like pony rides, 4-H youth project displays and animal exhibits, the Camden County Fair is the place for you.”
Enjoy continuous entertainment on our stage Saturday featuring local talent such as performers from the Mainstage Center for the Arts, the Billy Hector Blues Band and Edgardo Cintro’s Inca Band, just to name a few. There will also be magic acts, circus acts and a children’s program. Don’t miss a special performance by Exit 10, our very own Camden County Metro Police Department Band, on Sunday.
“It wouldn’t be a county fair without plenty of food on hand. Get ready to sample some incredible food at a wide variety of food trucks onsite,” Nash said. “With more than 100 exhibitors and vendors, there is sure to be something for everyone this year.”
The 2018 Camden County fair is open on September 22 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on September 23 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. As always, the best part is that admission to the Camden County Fair and parking are free.
Amusement ride passes will be offered at the fair at $2 per ride. As a tribute to our first responders, free amusement ride tickets will be available to them at the welcome tent.
