28. Resolution authorizing an award of contract (Bid A-8), by and between the County of Camden (Department of Corrections) and Keefe Commissary Network, LLC for inmate commissary services at a commission rate of 42% payable to the County.

29. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application, by the County of Camden (Department of Corrections) to the NJ Department of Law & Public Safety, Bureau of Justice Assistance for the 2008 State Body Armor Replacement Grant in an amount of $82,777.10.

30. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application, by the County of Camden (Department of Corrections) to U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of Homeland Security for the 2008 State Criminal Alien Assistance Program.

31. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, pursuant to a publicly advertised Request For Proposals, by and between the County of Camden (Office of the Prosecutor) and Welcome, NJ for the provision of a Diversionary Program for at-risk youth in the City of Camden in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00 - CAF #9900138347.

32. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, pursuant to a publicly advertised Request For Proposals, by and between the County of Camden (Office of the Prosecutor) and Temple University for the provision of data analysis and evaluation services for the Gang Prevention Assistance Program in an amount not to exceed $58,825.00 - CAF #9900138443.

33. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application, by the County of Camden (Office of the Prosecutor) to the US Department of Justice for the 2008 State Body Armor Replacement Grant in an amount of $11,966.00.

34. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application, by the County of Camden (Office of the Prosecutor) to the Division of Criminal Justice for the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Grant in an amount of $143,236.00 (Federal funds) and $35,809.00 (matching funds) for a total of $179,045.00.

35. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, by and between the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) and Galls, an Aramark Co., LLC for the provision of 10 automotive lock-out kits for the Camden County Park Police in an amount not to exceed $822.00 – CAF #9900138300.

36. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application, by the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety/Camden County Park Police) to the NJ Department of Law & Public Safety, Bureau of Justice Assistance for the 2008 State Body Armor Replacement Grant.

37. Resolution authorizing an award of contract (Bid A-13), by and between the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) and Miller Auto Leasing for the provision of two fire investigation vehicles for the Office of the Camden County Fire Marshall in an amount not to exceed $73,209.28 – CAF #9900138431.

38. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, by and between the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) and Group Lacasse Inc., C/O Bellia Office Furniture (State Contract A-69978), for the provision of furniture for the Camden County Fire Training Academy in an amount not to exceed $218,724.58 - CAF #9900138257.

39. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, pursuant to a solicitation of quotations, by and between the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) and Franklin Trailer, Inc., for the provision of one (1) Custom Cargo Trailer for the Office of Emergency Management, in an amount not to exceed $6,362.00 – CAF #9900138290.

40. Resolution authorizing an award of contract (Bid A-16), by and between the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) and Cross Current Corporation for the provision of maintenance for Stratus File Servers at the Camden County Communications Center in an amount not to exceed $24,714.00 – CAF #9900138255.

41. Resolution authorizing the creation of a pool of qualified vendors, pursuant to a publicly advertised Request For Proposals, for the provision of engineering and consulting services relative to the design and installation of telecommunications towers located in the County of Camden.

42. Resolution amending Resolution #26, adopted May 17, 2007, to designate payment to Ford Motor Credit.

43. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application by the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) to the NJ Division of Highway Traffic safety for the 2008-2009 Highway Traffic Safety Grant in an amount of $69,860.00.

44. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application, by the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) to the NJ Office of Emergency Telecommunication Services for the 2008 9-1-1 Coordinator Grant in an amount of $25,000.00.

45. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application, by the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) to the NJ Office of Emergency Telecommunication Services for the 2008 9-1-1 General Assistance Grant in an amount of $180,400.00.

46. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application, by the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) to the NJ Office of Emergency Telecommunication Services for the 2008 9-1-1 Consolidation Grant in an amount of $300,000.00.

47. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application, by the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) to the NJ Office of Emergency Telecommunication Services for the 2008 9-1-1 Coordinator Equipment Grant in an amount of $120,000.00.

48. Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application, by the County of Camden (Department of Public Safety) to the NJ State Police for the Hazardous Materials Response Unit Grant in an amount of $9,350.00.
