Resolutions proposed by or on behalf of Freeholder Cream

1. Resolution authorizing a substitution to provide funds for the purchase of janitorial equipment in an amount of $3,005.00.

2. Resolution authorizing a substitution to provide funds to replace a boiler at the Haddon Twp. Branch of the Camden County Library System in an amount of $8,250.00.

3. Resolution authorizing a substitution to provide funds for flood clean-up and the resulting renovations on the 11th floor of the Court House in an amount of $130,000.00.

4. Resolution authorizing an award of contract (Bid A-14), by and between the County of Camden (Department of Buildings and Operations) and various approved vendors for the purchase of household and janitorial supplies.

5. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, pursuant to quotations, by and between the County of Camden and Fairlite Electric Supply, Inc. for the provision of electrical supplies and equipment to various County Departments in an amount not to exceed $3,846.80 – CAF #’s 9900138352, 9900137037, 9900138313, 9900138356.

6. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, pursuant to a publicly advertised Request For Proposals, by and between the County of Camden and various firms, for the provision of survey and appraisal services, and engineering evaluation report services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13.5 for the public sale of parcels of land in an amount not to exceed $87,400.00. Funding is contingent upon the passage of the substitution Resolution.

7. Resolution ratifying an emergency contract and payment to All Risk, Inc., for the provision of emergency clean-up and renovations to the 11th Floor of the Courthouse, pursuant to County Policy and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-6 in an amount not to exceed $129,449.60. Funding is contingent upon the passage of the substitution Resolution.

8. Resolution, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:38-1, et seq., authorizing inclusion of a project labor agreement in the Camden County Justice Facilities Project.

9. Resolution amending Resolution #3, adopted March 20, 2008 authorizing award of contracts (Bid A-9) for the purchase of paper and polyliner supplies for the Department of Building & Operations.

10. Resolution approving personnel actions requested by or on behalf of Freeholder Cream.
