Resolutions proposed by or on behalf of Freeholder-Director Cappelli

63. Resolution authorizing a substitution to provide financing for appraisal and environmental studies on various properties owned by the County of Camden, in an amount of $150,000.00.

64. Resolution amending a Shared Services Agreement, by and between the County of Camden and Sterling High School Board of Education (South Jersey Technology Partnership Department) for the provision of additional consulting services and payment related to the County’s voice and data technical services.

65. Resolution authorizing an award of contract (Bid A-19), by and between the County of Camden and Records Management for the provision of Records Inventory Services for various Camden County facilities in an amount not to exceed $18,990.00 - CAF #9900138385.

66. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, pursuant to Competitive Contracting Request For Proposals #08-02, by and between the County of Camden (Division of Special Events) and Proof Productions for the provision of repairs to the Wiggins Park Stage, in an amount not to exceed $54,500.00 – CAF #9900138414 for $10,000.00. Balance of funding is contingent upon the availability and appropriation of funds in the 2008 temporary and/or permanent budgets.

67. Resolution authorizing approval of the FY’08 Grants to various approved agencies for the provision of CDBG Social and Public Services under the Community Development Block Grant Program.

68. Resolution authorizing Shared Services Agreements between the County of Camden and various municipalities participating in the Community Development Block Grant Program, and the Home Program using funds provided by HUD.

69. Resolution authorizing the submission of an application by the County of Camden ( Office of Community Development) to the US Department of Agriculture for the Rural Development, Housing Preservation Grant for the Camden County Home Improvement Program in an amount of $100,000.00.

70. Resolution amending the Camden County Workforce New Jersey Area Contract PY’07 (Modification #1) for the revision of funding and execution approval.

71. Resolution amending the Special Initiative and Transportation Contract PY’07 (Modification #1) to adjust various allowable costs.

72. Resolution amending the contract awarded (Resolution #78, 7/20/06), by and between the County of Camden (OneStop) and Genesis School of Business for a decrease of $58,081.65.

73. Resolution of the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Camden, New Jersey providing the County’s consent to (i) the financing of the completion of design and construction of various Phase I capital improvement projects at the Blackwood (Gloucester Township) Campus of the Camden County College, (ii) the issuance by the Camden County Improvement Authority of its “General Obligation Revenue Bonds (Camden County College Project), Series 2008” in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $6,000,000, for the purpose of financing the project authorized hereby, (iii) the loan agreement by and among the County, the Camden County College and the Authority in connection with the financing authorized hereby, (iv) certain matters relating to the issuance and sale by the County to the authority of General Obligation Bonds to be issued in connection with the financing authorized hereby, and (v) certain other matters related thereto and pursuant to N.J.S.A 40:37a-56.

74. Resolution amending Agreement (Resolution #71, adopted February 21, 2008), authorizing payment, by the County of Camden to the Greater Camden Partnership for 2008 membership dues.

75. Resolution amending an Interlocal Services Agreement by and between the County of Camden and the Camden Redevelopment Authority.

76. Resolution authorizing Agreements with various Law Firms, pursuant to a publicly advertised Request For Proposals for Special Labor Counsel Services for the County of Camden and all other County entities and offices.

77. Resolution authorizing award of contracts, pursuant to a publicly advertised Request For Proposals for Workers Compensation Counsel Services to various firms.

78. Resolution authorizing an award of contract (2nd Yr. Option), pursuant to a publicly advertised Request For Proposals, to McCarter and English for provision of legal representation with respect to General Bond Counsel Services.

79. Resolution opposing the proposed elimination of the New Jersey Department of Agriculture.
