Fairs and Positive Recruitments
The Camden County One-Stop Career Center conducts two large job
fairs each year. One in the spring and another in the fall. We encourage
all interested employers to contact us if they wish to participate
in these events. All job fairs are free and no set-up fee is charged.

The Camden County One-Stop recognizes that some employers have a
more recurrent need for staffing recruitment. We have two opportunities
in this area. Each Month we conduct a small job fair consisting
of between 4 to 6 employers. These events are free and allow employers
greater access to job seekers. We can also offer employers what
we call a "positive recruitment". In the case of a positive recruitment
an employer can be recruiting for a single position or a multitude
of positions. The employer sets the parameters of the job and we
can offer screening of our over 20,000 available pool of applicants.
This provides a focused group of job seekers for an employer to
interview.
