 Age 78, of Bellmawr. On 7/8/06. Beloved husband of Rosemarie (nee Schmidt). Dear father of Anthony G. III (Kathie) of Audubon, Dawn A. (Anthony) Pinto of Marlton, Nicholas M. (Debra) of Bellmawr. Also the late Steven H. Rizzo and Diane Rizzo. Loving grandfather of 11.
Mr. Rizzo was a decorated Army Veteran of Korea receiving the Purple Heart for wounds received, Korean Service Medal with Bronze Star, United Nations Medal and Honor Medal. He was a self-employed exterminator operating T&R Pest Control in Bellmawr for 20 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the viewing and funeral Thursday starting 10 a.m. at Most Holy Redeemer R.C. Church, 1219 Delsea Drive, Westville Grove, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. at the church. Interment New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Anthony G. Rizzo Educational fund, c/o Bell Oakes School, 256 Anderson Avenue, Bellmawr, NJ 08031 are strongly preferred.
