The event, in collaboration with the Addiction Awareness Task Force, will celebrate recovery with a sober tailgate party, food and refreshments and a fellowship meeting followed by the concert.

On Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., Los Lonely Boys will perform at Haddon Lake Park. On Thursday at 8 p.m., Cassadee Pope will perform at the Twilight Concert Series at Cooper River Park. And on Friday at 7 p.m., Pure Petty will be performing at Lindenwold Park.

  • Cassadee Pope is a multi-talented platinum-selling country musician who leads the pop band, “Hey Monday”, and was the season 3 winner on “The Voice”.

“These concerts are for people to come together and be with their neighbors in a third place in our community,” said Commissioner Ed McDonnell, liaison to the Department of Events and Community Outreach. “We always strive to provide our citizens with active family friendly activities and opportunities, and these concerts accomplish that while showcasing our best in the state park system.”
